
Kendall College
This state of the art culinary kitchen serves the public restaurant at Kendall College in Chicago, Illinois. Patrons are able to observe the students performing in the kitchen though large windows in the dining room. This project was awarded the Foodservice Equipment and Supplies magazine Project of the Month in July of 2011.

Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield Corporate Center
This project involved a full business and industry kitchen and servery for the Wellmark
Corporate Center in Des Moines, IA. This project features a large service area
for 2,400 employees that includes the latest in food
facility design. This office building was the only and largest LEED Platinum building
of its type in the world. The service areas feature several service counters
which include; a grill area, traditional hot lunch, exhibition cooking, grab n’
go counter, full salad bar and “build your own” bar, and a large beverage
service counter with cashiers.
Salina Kansas Airport Restaurant and Museum
MVP provided management advisory services for the Salina Airport museum and restaurant. This project involved a feasibility study and programming initiatives for this airport, which is one of the busiest business jet airports in the county.

Scott Community College Culinary Arts Center
A full culinary teaching kitchen with hot production, bakery and demonstration area gives the culinary students at Scott Community College in Davenport, Iowa experience in all different facets of foodservice operations. Cutting edge equipment provides hands on training for real world applications once the students graduate and move on.
Marsh & McLennan Corporate Center
A unique corporate facility providing 800 meals daily to employees in Des Moines, IA. High end custom counters and equipment offer a unique look and feel to this facility. Multiple "stations" provide employees with an array of different meal options.
